Hello Everyone,
I am new to SAS 9.4 and Compliance Solution 7.1.
I just finished installing and configuring the environment with no customer related data in the tables yet.
When I login to the SAS url, the landing page just displays these 3 tabs (E-Files, search and admin). The user logged on has the capability to access the alerts, cases and all other tabs. I have also restarted the SAS Server services. I have attached the page as shown.
Is there anything else I am missing?
Please help.
