Unable to execute stored process.

Stored Process Error
Unable to execute stored process.
Unable to connect to a SAS server.

Has anyone come across this in Information Delivery Portal or the SAS Stored Process Server?
I run a procedure with an HTML output. It runs, usually, but on every three runs, I get the above error.

I think its related to this SAS Note(http://support.sas.com/kb/12/516.html). But I can’t seem to find a solution to the problem.
