Request timeout?

I run a stored process through a web page. It takes about 5-10 minutes to finish. That is, once submitted, it won't get any thing back from the program until 5 minutes or more later. Sometimes I got this following error message:

The webpage at https://aha123.com/. might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Is it because html request timeout? Is there any workaround?

You might want to consider background processing.
