Management Console access

Does SAS Management Console offer a VIEW ONLY role? That is, I am not permitted access to write to Mgmt Console, so I don't have that product available to me. However, I would like to at least be able to see users and identities in the metadata. Can our SAS admin set me up to be able to VIEW? Thanks!
