Hello,
In my stored process I need to set up a Date Prompt so users can choose the date for which they need the data. I was able to set up the prompt, but for the date prompt I am getting a list of default values such as today, yesterday... so on and then there is a calendar that the user can choose the date from. Is there a way to suppress the list of default values and just show the claendar for the user to select the date from.

Any help is appreciated, I am using SAS 9.2 M3

Thanks
Shri

I spoke with the prompt development team, and while we don't support the functionality you are asking for now, we do plan to include it in a future release.

Vince,
Thank you for your response, though the drop down is useful we were afraid that might confuse the users, for now we have decided to educate the users about the various ways the user can provide the date values.
I do have another question about date prompts, is there any way we can validate the dates the user enters in the prompt(I know SAS validates the syntax but if we have multiple date prompts like from_date, to_date, Is there a way in the prompts to validate the date entered in to_date is always greater than or equal to the date entered in the From_date)

Thanks

The prompt development team is looking at providing other validation, including the one you are asking for, in a future release.
