Accessing stored process output using curl and folder depth

Hello
I have created a stored process and accessing it as an http get request .(Postman/ARC Client)
The following works.
http://hostname:8080/SASBIWS/rest/storedProcesses/foldername/stpname
But the following does not work,
http://hostname:8080/SASBIWS/rest/storedProcesses/foldername/yet_another_folder/stpname

In the second case the stored process is nested one folder deeper. Everything else is same.

I get a 400 Error

The operating System on the Server in Windows Server 2016.
I do not find this issue if the operating system on Server is Linux.
Wondering if anybody had such an issue and if so how they it was resolved.
