What is the 'NY' format in SDTM means?

 

Is it the following format:

 

 

proc format;
value $NY
'Yes' = 'Y'
'No' = 'N';
run;

 

2) What is the Controlled Terminology for Adverse Events Outcomes - (OUT)?

1) Yes, you are absolutely correct for Yes and No format.                                                                                                                                     a)  Yes,YES,Y="Y"     b) "n","N","No","NO"="N" c) "Not Applicable", "NA","na"= "NA"

 

2)  Outcome of Event reported In the clinical trials after / before study drug given.
