A stored process as a metadata object of type ClassifierMap picks up its name from the Name attribute of the parent Root object type. The Name attribute has a documented maximum length of 60. You'll find the documentation for the Name attribute in Root object section of the SAS 9.4 Metadata Model: Reference.
