Your license for Visual Data Builder 7.3 on sas.mch.corp.int has expired

Hi,

I get this error  "Your license for Visual Data Builder 7.3 on sas.mch.corp.int has expired. Please contact your on-site SAS support personnel to obtain your updated setinit information".  Can anyone send me step by step instructions on how to renew the licence please? I have the new license files.

I am just learning SAS Administration.

The email with your new license should've included instructions, but they're also available online:

Thank you for the quick response.

I tried following the directions, but I get this error. Please attached.  I tried putting in the path to the drive where the files are located. it says invalid file.? I am using MobaXterm to renew the license.

That path is where the license file exists on the server - so if you're running a remote session via moba, it will need to be copied to the server, rather than relative to your desktop.
