The service "Object Spawner" in SAS server is always down. Are there any log file which can find out the cause?

The location of the logs depends on the setup of the environment, have a look at the config-directory, there should be a directory names "logs" in it.

It should not be down. Just check sas.servers status from the location sas/config/Lev1/sas.servers .

If still you see the object spawner is down then you can check the log files in the location sas/config/Lev1/ObjectSpawner/Logs.

Sometimes you have mutiple installations performed before the final installation in server in that case you would see the status of object spawner down in the other installations but in that all the services should be down so you can verify if in all the services except object spawner is running.
