I need to ask that if i install sas sever on window 8 and windows server 2012R2 then, what is the diffrence e.g woking perfomanceand software support like.

One is a client OS, the other is a server.
Look at the system requirements section to learn what is supported. There are no big differences from a SAS point of view.
What are your requirements?
