Unable to backup in SAS Viya 3.4

I am unable to perform a default backup in SAS Viya 3.4.

The error message is: Error calculating size of CAS backup java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException:/opt/sas/viya/config/backup/2019-03-05T14_49_07_293+0800/__default__/cas-shared-default SAS Cloud Analytic Services backup failed.

I would appreciate any help or pointer in resolving the issue.

The backup in the SAS Viya 3.4 is happening because the distributed analytics of the SAS cloud analytic server is using the seciondary controller and it has to be primary controller. Just check that the server is getting connected to which controller.

The installation only has 1 CAS controller i.e. no secondary CAS controller installed.
