Schedule Manager is not kicking off jobs and jobs are running through manual execution

we are having an issue with SAS Jobs and details are below.

SAS Version 9.3

LSF 7.0

OS:windows 2008 R2

we are facing issue with SAS Jobs since one week and jobs are not kicked off automatically through schedule manager.

But when we click on the job to run it manually,job is being kicked off.

Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.

As a first step I would check that all 4 LSF Windows services are running - Platform LIM, RES, SBD, and Platform Process Manager. If they are running I would stop and re-start them.
