SAS VA - Error: The system is experiencing Problems. Please conact System Administrator

When we try to login to the SAS VA, even before loading the authentication window, we are getting the error. Please refer to the screenshot for the exact error message.

As mentioned in another post, I have restarted the SAS servers, but still it is giving the exact same error.

This is the issue I was talking about. It is the same issue but the Server restart has solved the issue.
