There are a number of causes for this error. Normally I add a SASApp dedicated to Grid, properly configured, leaving the "vanilla" SASApp to serve for WRS, VA, or similars.
What versions are you running? How did you configure it? Maybe TCS can lead you/your admin to debug it.
Start by checking that all SAS services are up and running on all SAS Grid servers. Also try validating SAS metadata and SAS App instances in SAS Management Console Server Manager.
When a user connects to a SAS server (including grid) a workspace session is started. The error is most likely indicating that a workspace session. The first step would be , in my opinion, to check the Object spawner log.
This has been resolved. grid module should be empty. We were using LSF.
The SAS Users Group for Administrators (SUGA) is open to all SAS administrators and architects who install, update, manage or maintain a SAS deployment.
