Hi,

I need to re-create a user's folder in SAS MC. I know it can be done by exporting and importing. Do you know if there is any document/instruction  about it, how should I do this and what other things should be considered when I do it?

User folders are considered "content" in SAS parlance.  The doc covering exporting and importing content can be found here.

You may also find the doc covering backing up and restoring this content to be helpful.

Note that this type of promotion or backup/restore can be done in batch (i.e., you don't have to use the SAS Management Console GUI to accomplish it).
