You shouldn't need to set SERVICESBASEURL or SAS_VIYA_TOKEN when running in Studio to get the credential, so your process should work. You may wish to confirm the spelling of the authentication domain.

yes, you are right, i am baffled, i went through the External Identities documentation again, seems to simple to even make a mistake 🙂 . I checked the spelling 10X :).
you learn something new everyday, did some ore reading on caslib. instead of libname blah blah authdomain = td ; I put... cas; libname blah blah authdomain = td ; and voila! it works. Confirmed connecting schema user is me! This is a biggie! Thanks for all the help!
