Installation of SAS 9.4 TS1M3 on windows server

Hi all,

We installed the SAS 9.4 TS1M3. Configuration was completed with warning at "SAS Environment Manager Configuration" step.

Warning in Instructions.html file is "SAS Environment Manager failed to create the SAS Environment Manager service account. Refer to the “SAS Environment Manager Configuration” section to manually create this service account".

I'm following the Instructions.html, trying to configure the SAS Environment Manager Enablement Kit Server. when we ran the validate script in command line the we got following error.

Error:

Please try again at a later time to validate your environment.

have you tried to wait for 1-3 hours and then re-run it again? 

        3) The SAS Environment Manager Server is unable to process additional tasks at this time. This may be due to high change request volume. If the server has recently been (re)started, it may be synchronizing with its Agents. This process could take up to an hour.

Please try again at a later time to validate your environment.

Also, I think it would be useful to run every failing emi script with -vd parameters, for a verbose and debug information levels.

Please share the details with us.
