Not sure if this is the best place for my question but here goes:

SAS 9.4M7 on Windows Server 2012R2

One of our business areas uses Schedule Manager to schedule jobs (using operating system services). The owner of the scheduled flows has moved on and their replacement can't change them because they are owned by the previous person. Is there a way to change ownership? Using SAS Management Console, I've tried changing the Reporting_Scheduler_Job_Owner role in the flow and deployed job but the changes don't seem to be retained. I'm an unrestricted user.

There are several permissions at play here:
1. In Metadata, the permission on the flow/jobs which is inherited from the folder where they are stored.
2. The scheduled task in Windows, which is controlled by host permission in Task Scheduler.
3. File system permission on the job's source path (where it was deployed from) and deployment path (where it was deployed to/is running from)

It is unclear which permission(s) the user in question does not have.
