I made payment and didn't get email conforming my exam schedule and payment what can i do?

Hello @Benitha

We partner with Pearson VUE to deliver our certification exams.  If you've not received a confirmation from them about your booking the appointment, I would reach out to them directly to get some assistance from their customer service representatives.   

Please reach out to Pearson VUE via the contact information at https://home.pearsonvue.com/sas/contact.

There you will find contact information for your region and opportunities to use chat, email or phone. It may take them a few days to respond, but they are generally responsive.
