fix bug in ods excel: ODS Excel and Insufficient Memory Error

for even moderate sized tables (80,000 recs) ODS EXCEL can blow out of memory while proc export works just fine.

There are some useful features to ODS EXCEL but it can only be used on small tables.  I have MEMSIZE=2147483648 and yet SAS crashes with 80k recs.

the memsize = max doesn't work ! I have the same problem exporting with ods some table with more than 50 000 rows, first of all, it take a loooooong time to execute (even if I close other ods) and after a loooooong time, it doesn't work haha

@Onizuka  yeah...I gave up on ODS except for very small reports.  I figured out how to successfully create large XLSX files, zip them and email them.

@Onizuka just a standard proc export.  Don't know how to define a 'looong' time. 🙂
