An updated PROC LIFETEST template macro (SAS/STAT 12.1 User's Guide Sample Code) was recently posted (Feb. 5, 2013).  It creates two templates,

Stat.Lifetest.Graphics.ProductLimitSurvival and Stat.Lifetest.Graphics.ProductLimitSurvival2.  My understanding is that proc lifetest calls the first one by default.

The Stat.Lifetest.Graphics.ProductLimitSurvival prints the at risk numbers under the x-axis, which is what I want to do.  How do I get proc lifetest to call the

second template or am I thinking about this incorrectly?  Thanks for your help (this is my first post).

The macros in that sample go with this global forum paper.

Both templates are simultaneously modified when you use the macros as described.  This paper also describes procedures options for survival plot customization.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
