We are trying to run a regression with only certain points of our data and this is the code we are trying to use. It is not working and we can't find information about this anywhere. Please help.

proc if (incm < 24000 and zsmhc < 5000) then;
REG;
MODEL BURDEN = VARS;

RUN;
