Ah well, this is what happens when I don't test against data.  I've editted my suggestion once again.

The hash OUTPUT method will overwrite a SAS data set, but not append. That can be costly. Consider voting for Add a HASH object method which would append a hash object to an existing SAS data set

Would enabling PROC SORT to simultaneously output multiple datasets be useful? Then vote for
Allow PROC SORT to output multiple datasets

Thanks for your continous support. Still it shows the following errors:

 

ERROR: BY variables are not properly sorted on data set WORK.ANNOUNCE.

ERROR: View WORK.TA.VIEW was terminated due to errors.

 

And I can not sort the "ta" table since it's a view table.

If TA is not sorted, then why do you think that's the case?  And how would you fix it?
