Notilyze built an AI platform for a large cheese factory using SAS Viya. We collect, visualize and analyze all sensor and operator data in real time. We built the user interface using Microsoft technology and used SAS Studio flows, SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Visual Statistics, Model Studio, and SAS Intelligent Decisioning to optimize the manufacturing process. The operators and process technologists use the final solution to save time while significantly improving yields. We faced challenges with the large scale of the data, including 6,500 sensors and integrating SAS in the final product on a scalable infrastructure. This presentation shows the power of the full SAS Viya platform in developing AI for a specialized industry.
