Association Analysis and Market Basket Analysis

What is the difference between Sequence analysis in node Association Analysis and the Market Basket Analysis (Node)?

The Market Basket node does not support sequence analysis like the Association node does.  The Market Basket node can take into account item taxonomy, where products are grouped into subcategories, categories, etc.  Hope that answers your question; if not, please provide more detail about what you are trying to do.
