Why did your organization choose SAS? What business problem were you trying to solve?
Our primary objective is to accompany our customers from the initial registration and deliver comprehensive 360° experience and communication throughout their journey, facilitated by our loyalty program called Money. Support offered by SAS CI 360 empowers us to easily create plans.
How has SAS helped you to solve that problem?
The Money Gold program has seen a 33% increase in membership, leading to a 40% rise in sales. The Commercial Cards program prompted 23% of members to make their first purchase, resulting in a 35% increase in sales.This growth in programs is a testament to Migros' effective 360° communication policy.
What products are you using and how are you using them?
In our operations, we utilize Engage: Digital and Engage: Direct modules of CI360. When crafting communication plans and journeys, we greatly leverage the functionalities offered by SAS CI360 modules.These features play a pivotal role in enhancing ability to create impactful and efficient campaigns.
