If you are signed up for SAS® Viya® for Learners through the SAS virtual learning environment and having an issue with accessing it try the following to see if it allows you access:
1) Clear cache in Google Chrome and close the browser.
2) Open new browser session and login at this link: https://vle.sas.com/vfl
3) Click on "Launch SAS Viya for Learners 3.5" from the blue box on the page after you login.
If this resolves the issue, it may be that you had SAS Viya for Learners bookmarked elsewhere. This error tends to happen when users have a different page bookmarked to access SAS Viya for Learners other than the page to launch SAS Viya for Learners and were not accessing it from the launch page.
