SAS® OnDemand for Academics Login Error Message

If you try to login to SAS® OnDemand for Academics and get an error message that "The provided credentials were partially accepted. but must fully accepted before login is permitted, This situation may only be temporary. Try logging in again after waiting a few minutes. If that attempt is also unsuccessful, try resetting your password.  Contact SAS Technical Support for further assistance if the problem persists." and looks like the following:

First, log into your SAS Profile and make sure that your password for your SAS Profile and SAS® OnDemand for Academics matches the following requirements:

 

8 characters, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol.  But it CANNOT contain # \ -- or any part of your name or the email address used.

 

If your password doesn't meet the requirements then make sure you change your password in your SAS Profile after logging in by clicking on the Change Password button.  Either way, wait for 20 minutes after your SAS Profile login and try to login to your SAS® OnDemand for Academics Account again.  If you are still unable to login to your account, please email Technical Support as indicated in the message.

I am getting the following error "The provided credentials were partially....". I've change my password and it still doesn't work. I am able to log into my SAS Profile but am not able to login to SAS On Demand for Academics.

Did you just register for SAS On Demand for Academics? If so, registration is not instantaneous, so you will get this error until your registration is approved by the system. Wait several minutes then try to login again.
