Question

What characters are ignored in the Marketing Operations Management (MOM) Digital Library Search?

Answer

List of ignored characters: ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & ( ) _ = ; ' : [ ] { } < > \\ | \ " , . / ?

  • If you want to search on characters in the above set, enclose the characters in double quotation marks (i.e. “#” would search for #).

Note: This is not valid for double quotation mark (“) and * characters.

  • Words enclosed in double quotation marks are treated as a single word, that is, “Marketing Operations” means that text should contain the entire phrase, not just the individual words.
