Use  estimate statement.

CLASS ID gender ;

MODEL Y (EVENT = '1')  = gender /dist=bin link = logit;

REPEATED SUBJECT = ID /TYPE = exch;

ESTIMATE 'GENDER EFFECT' gender 1 -1/EXP;
