Advanced SAS preparation

Hello,

 

I am preparing for my advanced SAS certification. Just wanted to know which books should be referring to, how to study for the exam (any useful tips) and how long does it take to cover the topics. I am good at SQL so I would avoid spending too much time on Proc SQL.
