Hi Everybody...

I used PW data set option to create password to a dataset.

Now i want to remove that password for the dataset..

how can i remove that password..????

Could you please help me on that....

The syntax which you can easily look up in PROC DATASETS is

modify dataset(pw=old/new);  To remove pw leave off the NEW.

data class(pw=a);

   set sashelp.class;

   run;

proc datasets;

   contents data=class(pw=a);

   run;

   modify class(pw=a/);

   run;

   contents data=class;

   run;
