SAS Certification Support FAQs
Where is my Certificate?
Certificates can take 24 hours before they are available. When it is ready, your Certificate is accessed through SAS Certification Manager:
- Log into https://cp.CertMetrics.com/sas/en/login and click on the 'My Certifications' option on the left side menu.
- Select “Status” from the drop-down menu.
- Here you are going to be able to see your credentials, click on the download icon or on “view more” and select "Download Certificate" to retrieve your certificate.
Where is my Badge?
It can take up to 24 hours before your badge is available. You will receive an email from Credly when it is ready. You can access your badge through that email or through SAS Certification Manager:
- Log in to your account at https://cp.CertMetrics.com/sas/en/login.
- Click on 'Transcripts and Digital Badges’ from the left side menu.
- Select Credly Badges and then click ‘Login to Credly’.
- If you do not have a Credly account, follow the prompts to create one, using the same email address that is used for your SAS Certification Manager account.
Where is my Score Report?
Exams are imported during regular business hours. After completing an exam, allow from 1 to 2 business days for it to appear in your exam history.
- Log into https://cp.CertMetrics.com/sas/en/login.
- Click on the "View Score report/Receipt” option on the main menu.
- Here you are going to be able to see the SSO button to your SAS/Pearson VUE Dashboard. Click on it.
- Then click on the "View score reports" (right side menu).

How do I schedule an exam?
You can schedule a SAS certification exam by following these steps:
- Access your SAS Certification Manager account at https://cp.CertMetrics.com/sas/en/login. Select ‘Schedule/Modify Appointment’, then use the SSO to Pearson VUE button.
- Once you are on the Pearson Vue dashboard, you will see the headline 'Schedule an exam.'
- Click on the "View exams" button.
- Type the exam name you are looking to schedule, and a list will be displayed. Then please select the exam you are interested in.
- The next window will ask you to select the type of exam you want: an in-person exam at a Pearson VUE Test Center or an Online exam using Pearson OnVUE.
- Make sure you read ALL the information given to you.
- Confirm the preferred language for the exam.
- Read all the information you are given at this point and check the boxes to agree to the conditions.
- *If you will take your exam at a PVTC: you can find and select the test center at this point, then you’ll be asked to select a date.
- *If it is an OnVUE exam: Select the language you prefer your proctor to speak.
- In the next window you'll be asked if the showing time zone is correct.
- Select the available and preferred date, time format and continue.
- Proceed to checkout for payment and confirm your scheduling.
How to reschedule/cancel or change exam type?
Exams may be rescheduled or cancelled by:
- Accessing your SAS Certification Manager account at https://cp.CertMetrics.com/sas/en/login.
- Select ‘Schedule/Modify Appointment’, then use the SSO to Pearson VUE.
- Exams at Pearson Test Centers can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the exam time and, OnVUE appointments can be rescheduled up to the time of the exam.
- Once you cancel your current appointment, you'll get a full refund (If you used a voucher, it will be reinstated so you can use it again until its expiration date), but it is important to remember that the money will be reflected into your account within a period of 3 to 5 working days (depending on the financial institution).
OnVUE Delivery Problems
For technical problems encountered during the delivery of your exam, please reach out to Pearson VUE via the contact information at https://home.pearsonvue.com/sas/contact. There you will find contact information for your region and opportunities to use chat, email or phone. It may take them a few days to respond, but they are generally responsive. If you do not hear from them within 4 business days, please reply with your Pearson support ticket number (IR Number).
