In the 22.03 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360, the Unified Data Model (UDM) and the Common Data Model (CDM) will be updated to use the data model for schema 8. Schema 8 introduces new enhancements to improve cross-table compatibility and to add columns for new features.
Updates to the Unified Data Model
These are the updates to the UDM tables:

The table is now available for more licenses. The categories for this table are now DISCOVER, ENGAGEEMAIL, ENGAGEDIGITAL, and ENGAGEDIRECT.

This table is new and will contain data for future reports. Currently this table is listed in schema 8 but cannot be downloaded.

MONTHLY_USAGE

This table is new and will contain data for future reports. Currently this table is listed in schema 8 but cannot be downloaded.

IMPRESSION_DELIVERED
|
Three columns are added:
- product_id
- control_group_flg
- rec_group_id
This update makes the table consistent with the IMPRESSION_SPOT_VIEWABLE table.

|
Two columns are added:
- control_group_flg
- rec_group_id
This update makes the table consistent with the IMPRESSION_SPOT_VIEWABLE table.

MD_TARGET_ASSIST
|
This is a new table that will support future enhancements to analytics.

MD_TASK
|
Two columns are added:
- use_modeling_flg
- model_start_dttm
These columns are added to support future enhancements to analytics.

Updates to the Common Data Model
Columns were added to the CDM tables to ensure that full CDM details are captured and that the integrity between tables is maintained.
