Outlining text in a region object

Status:

For a dashboard we have a region object and users can enter a value through data entry and this value wille appear in the region object. However I want this value to be outlined on the left. Now it is centred. See attachment for screenshot.

Preserve date of modification when a file is copied through SAS Via interface

Status:

When we copied/paste a file from SAS Viya, the modification date is the creation date of the new file, Is it possible to have at least 'creation date' and 'modification date' Or is possible to not change the date of modification when copied files ?
