Could you please provide an answer to a question about using the full functionality of SWO in user interface? From my research, I thought you can kill and restart jobs only when using batch server via CLI. We prefer however to schedule jobs through user interface, it has more features than batch context in CLI. Has something changed here about killing and restarting jobs? We are considering using in the future Airflow. Pls advise about the possibilities to use the full functionality of SWO.

Is workload management an add-on?
Workload Manager now is included with the full deployment of Viya 4.
Does the job scheduling and monitoring capability restrict to the SAS Admin only? If not, how would the user role be set up for that?
Job Scheduling is not restricted to Admins, Users can schedule jobs from user interfaces such as SAS Studio, or Environment Manager.
