Hi: If you are having issues uploading to SAS Viya and this is your company configuration of SAS Viya, then you need to work with SAS Tech Support by filling out this form: http://support.sas.com/ctx/supportform/createForm . The URL in your screen shot seems to indicate that you are using a trial version of SAS Viya, in which case, you may also need to work with Tech Support to find out whether you are too close to the limit for uploading.
