For the information provided it would be highly difficult to suggest what all things would be required to migrate your SAS Job. If you are submitting your SAS Job via Command Line then you can use the SASGSUB Utility. Hi, If you are going to install the SAS comments on NAS then one time should be fine and configure it two times, once on metadata and once in compute. If you don't wish to use shared install then yes you would have to install twice, that is once on each server. It's always a good practice to have a sheet with list of hostnames and port details that you are going to need during the configuration. Server and Middle Tier Metadata Server Node (Optional) Middle Tier Node (Optional) Clients For Server1 Install - Select Server and Middle Tier (This would Install all the components) For Server1 Config - Select Metadata Server & Middle Tier Components if you wish to Also configure Middle Tier Components. Hi @tammy_dezilva These are temporary files created by the JVM and should be deleted automatically. Usually I have seen files for last 2_3 days *.tmp mostly under the SASServer1_1 only. Login to SMC using unrestricted Access. Click on the + sign for the server context you want to change this, for example SASApp. Right click on the Workspace server for that server context and click properties. Under the options tab where you have the physical path of Workspace server defined you have an button - advanced properties. Click that and go to file navigation tab, where you would be able to see three options i.e. system root, home directory, any path you wish to add. As already advised by LinusH, if your environment supports multiple levels of SAS Configuration you can use this a differentiator. So for example for First level of config, Lev1, second level Lev2 and so on. However its not mandatory to use lev1 before lev2, it depends upon the architecture agreed upon. You would need to renew the license using SASDM on all the machines where you have the SASFoundation Installed on your SASHOME Path. For Mid-Tier it is not required. If you are using SAS Solutions that needs the SID file to be updated in Metadata then you would have to do that. List of solutions can be found here - http://support.sas.com/kb/49/750.html For this you would have to launch SASDM on Mid-Tier and also Metadata should be up and running. To renew LSF License file you would just have to rename the license file under <lsf_top>/conf and rename the license file to license.dat and restart the services. Hi Mahesh, For 1 -> By default the path is of user home directory path. if it's showing as server path then after the initial configuration it has been changed to System Root by the install representative. Hi @sram4790   If the install/config of SAS Platform web services was done using Express/Typical method then the deployment wizard would have automatically deployed these things together under one webapplication server so I guess you should be able to uninstall it in one go.
