Thanks for replying me, I've tried your code it gives me just 3 dates cuz when we're using today () -7 function in that condition it is counting weekends, Mondays as well. That's why I got only 3 dates as output. Explanation : today () -7 17Nov22 16Nov22 15Nov22. Alongside these 3 dates I must also get 11Nov22, 10Nov22, 09Nov22 & 08Nov22. Note: like I mentioned earlier I've no weekends and Mondays in my data for some reason.

7th largest?. What I meant was I require a condition to get the past 7 days data irrespective of dates in my table. And FYI, they don't have weekends and Mondays .

Hi All, I need a small help from you all. I've a table with a date variable in that I wanna get past week's data. I used a condition called where=(date= today() -7) but the thing here is for that date variable it has no weekends and Mondays in it. Please help me out to get the past 7 days data irrespective of date values in it. Thanks in advance.

In my data I've newly added special characters so, for them the if condition mentioned in his code isn't working n also for a long string his code for d taking the last substring followed by /. For instance, in this long string it is considering only the last substring ie. attire1790&4&Y abcde1234&9&Y / defgh0987&2&N / attire1790&4&Y.

When I used your code against millions of records, it didn't work. I've got 0's for all the records evenif I initialise SumY, SumN as 0.

Yes, you're right. And we need to put the sum of digits for &Y , &N in two seperate columns.

It's the sum of the digits preceded by &. My bad, I said it as count l.

For example: Daikin1290&6&Y / rets0987&2&Y / attire1790&4&Y in this part the digits preceded by & is 6,2,4 so the county is 12 and countN is 0 ,because there's no substring preceded by N. Likewise this approach applicable to each string value. Looking for some support. Thankyou!.

For example : abcde1234&9&Y in this part the count1 is 1 and count2 is 0 ,because only one & is before 9 defgh0987&2&N in this part the count1 is 1 and count2 is 0 , because only one & is before 2. attire1790&&4&Y in this part the count1 is 0 and count2 is 1, because there are 2 &'s before 4. For your understanding purpose I differentiated them but it is a single value of Mass field. And also please do consider & and && 's count as 1 . For 1 & the count is 1 and for && the count is 1. Looking for some support. Thankyou!.
