Hello, Thank you for the reply...it looks like our license expired in august but we have grace period till nov 29,2016. So I followed the instructions below and downloaded the product and unzipped the files.. there are 500+ installation processes and one of them failed. I don't know what happened... "The license (right-to-use) to software expired on August 31, 2016. The license file has a grace period allowing time for our order to be processed by SAS and time for the user to renew through TXShop, however, the actual license expired on August 31st.All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. To download the product: 1. Visit < https://sds.its.utexas.edu/eid/ >. 2. Log in using the UT EID and password used at time of purchase. 3. A list of your available software will appear; click the link for the desired software title. 4. On the following page, click the link to begin the electronic download. 5. When the download is complete, locate and open the downloaded file. 6. Follow the installation instructions at < https://support.sas.com/documentation/installcenter/94/ >. Please note: - The download will ONLY be available for 14 days. - You must save a copy of the download to a back up location, such as disk, hard drive, or server location. Should you need to reinstall the software or move the software to a new machine, you will need to access the media from your back-up location. - Depending on the software downloaded, you may require additional software to unzip the downloaded file. - After downloading, your software must still be properly licensed.
