SAS Support Communities

Hi All - i would appreciate any help on this question. I am using SAS 9.3 TS1M1. I wants to add "store process server" under "SASApp". when i right click on "SASApp" - i can see "stored process server" in the new sas application server component wizard; now my question is - how can i create it? Is hierarchy goes like by creating - logical server first and then - physical server and then - server ??? for egample; SASApp    SASAPP - Logical Stored process server        SASApp - Stored Process Server             servername.domain what is the logic behind creating "logical server",  "physical server" and then "server" node (as i mentioned above)? hi all, i am using sas 9.3. (foundation) i have also sas eg 5.1. i have created couple of base and odbc libraries from sas mc on sas server. sas eg is working great with metadata server and all but i wants to conenct sas base (Foundation 9.3) to metadata server (remote machine) so that i can access all the base libraries that i have created on server. I can connect odbc libraries by using "libname" statement, userid and psw. but when i wants to connect to base library by using libname statement its giving me error as follow. libname sandip base 'd:\pdata\sandip'; ERROR: Libname SANDIP not available for use. ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement. ***here, d:\pdata\sandip' is the physical path for library "sandip" on server*** ****if i use sas base (foundation 9.3) on the server then it works fine*** ***but not working from client/local  machine*** ... Hi all, we are using sas eg 5.1 and have sas mc 9.3. i want to implement "winscp" in our organization. I know "winscp" do secure file transfer from server to local drive but i don't know which extra server (FTP or something else) need to be created on SAS MC? can someone help me on what are the things need to be done to use "winscp"? i have "winscp" onboard but when i tried to connect with server- its not working. Hi all, - need help please - one my our users exporting big SAS dataset from SAS eg 7.1 to his local C:\ drive and he is getting error "access is denied" - where i am able to export it as SAS admin... can anyone could please let me know what could be done from SAS MC (using 9.3 version) to treat it? also- how big dataset could be exported from SAS EG to local drive? - Thanks ...
