Hi There, I  need some guidance in measuring a employee productivity  in insurance claims. I  have a following data elements of each employee  by per period. How is employee productivity measured? 2. Test the hypothesis that productivehours is correlated with #netactivity. If so how strong? 3. I am doubting on the  the 2 hypothesis is because # net activity is so much related to 1. type of activities( one in bold in data element) and 2. the activities might have weights like one can read 100 emails a day but can only send 2 draft/send approval. 4. So my question on this what is the best way to give weights to each activities ? 5. in future we want to do some sort of simulation research like we how to optimize our resources, what if we make a protocol that each employee has to  complete at least 60 activities how will that affect the com,completion rate  ?    if you could help me answer those 5 question that would be great. Hi There, I have  Length of Stay (LOS) data and it is  not normal/skewed to right. So my questing is : When we have not normal distribution, how do we interpretate the average of not normal distribution? My understanding for normal distribution is that 68% of the data falls within 1 SD away from the average. But for non normal we cannot say that. when data is not normal it is best to sue median instead of mean. when I transform the LOS data , how to interpretae the average of log transform ? Hi All, I am struggling in  calculation actual length of stay which is given by days in between arrival date/time and discharge date time. I want to incorporate the time  also  as opposed to just calculating  days. So for example  arrival datetime = 01/01/2019 7am  and discharge date time = 01/03/2019 9pm so the actual length of stay should be 2 days and 14 hours  I cannot upload the data due to privacy reason but attached  is the data set screenshot.   Thank you so much in advance   best, C ...
