Hello,   I have opened a SAS track and below is the update.   1) After investigating on tcp dump and webserver worker threads SAS support asked us to upgrade the WebServer 2.2 to 2.4   2) We have done the same and observing the same behavior.   Any small suggestions in fine tuning as well, happy to test in my environments. HI Team,   I am facing issues with CLOSE_WAITS in Web Server. Whenever, i see this number incraeses to > 50  WebAppServer latent/stops responding to the requests.   We have JVM heap memory setting to 16GB and garbage collection is enabled. Initially we suspect that GC is causing this issue but not enough evidences too prove the same.   My Webserver version is 2.2. WEB Server Upgrade from 2.2 to 2.4

Hello All,   Recently I have upgraded SAS Webserver from 2.2 to 2.4 version and I am getting below issues.   1) client sent HTTP/1.1 request without hostname (see RFC2616 section 14.23):   2) We have configured Load Balancer before it hits to the Web server . I have kept backup of 2.2 version and when i start the service from 2.2, I am not getting above issue. 3) I have configured all SSL certificates in place. 4) The upgraded version is not able to detect the Load balancer request but able to grant if it is a direct hostname URL.   Please let me know in which i can update the known host details if a connection coming through Load balancer   Thanks in Advance, Sandeep ... HI Team,   We have SAS ECM application which is used by 150 users. There are multiple factors for causing latency of this application and on this issue we are following up with SAS tech support.   But I need to monitor this JVM based on requests on this application like below.   1) How many users are accessing alerts page. 2) How many users are accessing case page. 3) Number of concurrent sessions and number of active sessions etc.   We don't have SAS EV manager right now. Hi All,   I am validating SAS Web URL by using below script .   sample=`curl -ksSf -u sasdemo@saspw:pass https://sample.com:8343/SASSTUDIO -v` kill -0 $sample > /dev/null 2>&1 if [ $? -eq 0 ]; then      echo " Web URL is connecting " else         echo " $sample " fi   The URL is connecting but even if i give wrong password it is showing as URL is connected. After validations i observed that curl command is checking till SASLogon page but not actual URL.   Can anyone help me in validating the SAS Web URL's with usernames and passwords in linux. Hi MaheshTalla _reddy , I am getting an error as below WARNING: No login information was available for authdomain SASEnvironmentManagerDatabase. NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors. ERROR: (GENEXTRACTV2) The requested table, work.eam_cprop, was NOT created; this may be a result of bad credentials or some other problem with accessing the back-end database. Hello All,   I recently have enabled SAS EV manager and Installed APM and ACM . When i try to open a nightly report ,ther error is showing as    Missing dataset "WORK.xaudit" . I believe that during stored process execution this output data set is not getting created.    I somehow investigated on this issue and  found that  Artifact.Audit_transactions has Zero Observations.   Please help in resolving this issue or some one can help in Understanding of this issue better way.   Thanks & Regards, Sandeep ... Hi All,   Today i have observed a different issue in SAS Visual Analytics. I have unloaded all the tables from Public LASR Analytics Library and for a check from  SAS VA Administration - LASR Servers ,the memory occupied is "0 MB".     But when i ran through the query from SAS EG to check the table memory ,still it is showing as "80 GB". Every time to resolve this issue i am doing a restart of physical server.    Then all the memory tables are  getting cleared .
