Join the Michigan SAS User's group for their February meeting featuring "How to Make a Caterpillar Plot in SAS with PROCs GLIMMIX and SGPLOT" by Brandy Sinco, Michigan Medicine.
Caterpillar plots are a useful visualization tool for variation within and between facilities, and have been used to illustrate the variation in the rates of surgical procedures and cost by facility, but there are many other applications in health research. In this presentation, Brandy will show how to use SAS PROC GLIMMIX to estimate the variation in surgical procedures from a logistic regression model with clustering by facility. Then, PROC SGPLOT will be used to create a caterpillar plot.
Registration will open by Monday, January 31 at http://www.misug.org.
