With a strong background in analytics and extensive industry experience, Simon is at the forefront of helping organizations driving AI innovation and digital transformation. Simon started his career in biostatistics, then moved to CIBC where he was working as a Director in Fraud Analytics, leading a team of data scientists leveraging AI/ML techniques mitigating fraud risk for the bank. Simon is also a renowned educator and thought leader in the AI space. He has delivered lectures in multiple Canadian University Analytics programs and mentored many students working in different industries. Simon joined SAS in 2021 and has become a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to unlock the power of artificial intelligence.
