I just installed SAS University Edition on my laptop. When i pressed SAS start studio to have a feel of the platform I got this message: "the launch of the server process failed with an unknown status code". What should i do now? Can anyone help?

Kind regards,

I want to fetch data from a dataset(BASE_BOTOX) and add the observations to a new dataset(FLAG_BASE) only if not found in HIST_TEST dataset.

but I am not sure How to increment the date after each execution. Please help..

I am writing the below code:-

%let dsn=1;

%let start_dt= %sysevalf('1FEB2014'd);

%let end_dt = %sysevalf('3FEB2014'd);

/*%LET L=%EVAL(%qsysfunc(inputn(&end_dt.,8.)) - %qsysfunc(inputn(&start_dt.,8.)));*/

%LET L=%sysevalf(&end_dt.-&start_dt.);

%put &L. &start_dt. &end_dt.;

%let inDS=base_botox1;

%let day=day;

%let interval=1;

%let align=sameday;

%macro mac1(start_dt1=,end_dt1=);

%do dt = 1 %to &L. %by 1;

data temp_&dsn.;

set &inDS.;

where clm_pd_dt between %sysfunc(intnx(&day.,&start_dt1.,&L.,'s')) and &end_dt1.;

proc sql;

create table flag_&dsn. as

select * from temp_&dsn.

where mbr_sys_id not in(select mbr_sys_id from btx.hist_test);

proc append base=flag_base data=flag_&dsn.;

proc append base=btx.hist_test data=flag_&dsn.;

Hi there, I am using SAS university edition, and I am new to this.

data work.price_increase;

   set orion.prices;

proc print data=work.price_increase;

var Product_ID Unit_Price Year;

The code that I executed is not working.I get errors.

ERROR: File ORION.PRICES.DATA does not exist.

ERROR: Variable PRODUCT_ID not found.

ERROR: Variable UNIT_PRICE not found.

ERROR: Variable YEAR not found.

Can someone help me please. Thank you.
