ODS EXCEL add option SKIP_LINES

SKIP_LINES is a very usable feature in TAGSETS.EXCELXP.  I would like it to be included with ODS EXCEL, if possible.

It would be a HUGE help to have this option available in ODS Excel.

I agree. It would also be very helpful to have an option to skip all empty rows at the start and therefore use the first non-empty row for column headings.
