Make text analytics in SAS Visual Analytics avaliable for other languages like dutch

Text analytics in SAS VA can be applied only to English or German text. Since text analytics in SAS VA seems to be targeting social media this is not usable in real world scenarios within organizations with primary language different from English or German.

Several more languages will be available in VA as of version 8.3, to be available summer 2018. Out-of-the-box, you'll get English and one other language of your choice. Here's a list of the languages:
