Display additional values on tree maps alongside the category value.

I have tended away from Tree Maps in SAS because you can only show the categorical value(s). On a pie chart you can include the actual value and the actual value as a percentage. Perhaps these could be included for tree maps or possibly allow the user to indicate if a data tip can be visible on the tree map without the need to hover over the tile.

Thanks for your idea! You can assign additional values within a tree map (and other visualizations) in VA 8.x using "data tip values." Here's related doc: Understanding the Data Tip Values Data Role
